I’m not trying to calorie count or be unhealthy. I’m trying to do something realistic. On every Friday I will treat myself to a dessert and a fun thing to do(ie exercise,shopping,bowling). I need someone though to help me keep on track during the week with my healthy eating and exercise. I need a fitness buddie who actually texts.
